Virtually every investment firm will attest that its people are its greatest asset.
At Northgate, each of our partners has an equal voice in our investment focus and approach. For most firms, that equanimity is rarely achieved. From the start, we’ve promoted a culture where smart, opportunistic thinking, thorough due diligence and sound perspectives are valued. We believe every team member is a factor in the firm’s success—and in the returns we deliver to our limited partners.
Working from our offices in Northern California, London, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Mexico City and Rep Offices in Tel Aviv and Melbourne, our teams bring more than 100 years of investment experience and relationships to every investment decision we make. Our team’s experience within private equity and venture capital includes tenure at Bain Capital, Horsley Bridge Partners, McKinsey & Co, McKinsey Investment Office (MIO), New Enterprise Associates and more.
